For the Strategic Human Resources department, we are looking for you as soon as possible at our Gelsenkirchen location:
HR Generalist (m/f/d) HR Policy & Compensation Management
What awaits you
- You will support us in developing and revising personnel management regulations in close cooperation with our works council.
- You will be involved in clarifying HR policy issues, keeping the relevant labor law framework in mind.
- You will also support us in creating and implementing company-wide compensation principles.
- You will prepare grading procedures for job evaluations and participate in evaluation processes.
- You will support HR projects and initiatives and implement the results in our operational HR processes. In doing so, you will monitor the market situation regarding current HR trends and developments in labor law.
What you bring
- You have completed a degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on human resource management.
- You have several years of professional experience in human resource management, particularly in compensation management, grading procedures, collective agreements, and works agreements.
- You have already gained initial experience working with the works council and possess strong expertise in works constitution law.
- You can draw on sound knowledge of operational HR management processes, especially in labor law as well as wage tax and social security law.
- Good knowledge of HR IT systems, ideally SAP, as well as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word complete your profile.
