Diverse Tasks

  • In your role, you will be primarily responsible for drafting and negotiating international contracts in the exciting offshore wind sector, covering a broad spectrum across the entire offshore wind value chain with a focus on logistics and service contracts.
  • Your tasks will also include careful coordination with internal interfaces to effectively prepare and conduct tenders and negotiations. Even after successful contract conclusion, you will remain an important point of contact during the construction and operation of the projects.
  • You will precisely manage external law firms and ensure that corporate goals are always the focus of legal work.
  • As a fully integrated member of the project teams, you will support the project and the various workstreams with your legal expertise.
  • You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional legal team that works with all its heart on offshore wind projects. In this position, you are not only a lawyer but also a strategic partner who sets the course for the future of renewable energies.

Convincing Profile

  • You are a fully qualified lawyer with several years of professional experience in civil law consulting, ideally as an in-house lawyer.
  • Furthermore, experience in large infrastructure or energy projects, ideally in the offshore wind sector, is advantageous.
  • You have a high level of commitment and a hands-on mentality. Independence, assertiveness, and strategic and entrepreneurial thinking form the basis for successful negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are characterized by strong teamwork skills, integration ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • With your fluent English skills (French skills would be a plus), you are a valuable contact for our international environment. In addition, you are prepared for occasional business trips.

About the Department

Are you passionate about renewable energies and varied project work in a national and international environment? Our Project Services Wind Offshore team in Hamburg supports large development and new construction projects in the offshore wind sector, such as He Dreiht and Dreekant in the German North Sea, as well as many other international projects.

To strengthen our professional project team, both in the early, dynamic project development phase and later during the construction of the projects, we are looking for a likeable new colleague for the central area of legal advice and the management of legal issues in the project as soon as possible.

Many tasks can be done remotely from home. An office day per week ensures a good network with experienced colleagues. Your modern new workplace is centrally located in Hamburg's Altstadt, just a stone's throw from the Alster and Elbe rivers, in the beautiful historic Chilehaus.
