Responsibilities
- Support our sales team in Southwest Germany through targeted acquisition activities
- Actively contact new and existing customers and prospects in technical industries via telephone
- Identify relevant contact persons, e.g., Technical Managers, HR, or Purchasing departments
- Determine needs for ongoing and planned engineering projects
- Maintain, update, and systematically document information in our CRM system
- Regularly follow up and build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, or enrolled student in a technical or business field
- Enjoy active B2B telemarketing; prior experience is not required, as we will provide comprehensive training
- Basic technical understanding or interest in technical topics
- Very good German language skills and proficient use of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, structured work approach, and high initiative
