Endo Health is a digital health startup specializing in women's health. Our Endo app is the first DiGA specifically for endometriosis patients -- further digital health applications will follow. Our apps pursue a multimodal approach, combining medical knowledge, psychological methods, and practical exercises -- evidence-based and user-oriented.

In the content team, you will work on the conception and implementation of evidence-based in-app content (learning modules, exercises) for our DiGA, research diseases, and support project management.

Responsibilities

• You will conceptualize scientific, evidence-based learning and exercise content for our digital health applications, usually in video and audio formats.
• You will prepare scientific guidelines, studies, and specialist literature in a professional, understandable, and patient-centered manner.
• You will structure learning paths and exercise concepts using didactically sound methods that support patients in sustainable learning and everyday implementation.
• You will be responsible for the scientific review of scripts for video, audio, and text.
• You will support agile project management.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a medical, psychological, or natural science field, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in preparing and communicating complex scientific or medical content for a broad audience.
• Knowledge of didactics, learning design, or knowledge transfer (e.g., instructional design, learning psychology, health communication).
• A strong understanding of how people learn, understand content, and apply it in everyday life.
• Very good knowledge of evidence-based research and confident handling of scientific sources.
• Structured, self-reliant way of working.
• Very good linguistic expression in German (native level).
• Ideally, initial experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Jira).
• A high degree of empathy, diligence, and reliability.
