Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated working student to join Endo Health GmbH, a company developing digital health applications focused on women's health. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content, operations, and event management within an innovative health tech environment. You will work remotely and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

As a working student, you will collaborate closely with the Team Lead of Funnel Marketing, primarily supporting daily operational tasks. Depending on your capacity, you may also contribute to other exciting projects.

Website & SEO

• Contribute to the conception of landing pages and conduct optimization tests.
• Assist in SEO efforts, including keyword research and meta title adjustments.
• Unify and optimize content across blog posts and landing pages.

Mailing and Newsletter Support

• Support the development of email content and campaigns.
• Build new email sequences and expand existing mail flows.
• Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in creating new newsletter incentives.
• Analyze and evaluate ongoing campaigns.

Support for Medical Training (CME Webinars)

• Input event details into the webinar tool.
• Facilitate communication between speakers and participants.
• Manage certificates, provide live chat support, and conduct evaluations.
• Assist in optimizing and further developing the webinar project.

Texts & Wordings

• Contribute to communication guidelines for our products.

Event Planning & Special Projects

• Assist with event planning, such as booth concepts, building networks for female physicians, and managing postal campaigns.

Administrative Tasks

• Prepare simple Excel analyses, manage approvals for website entries, process invoices, etc.

Qualifications

What You Should Bring

• Currently enrolled as a student in fields such as Health Management, Public Health, Communication Science, Digital Media, Psychology, UX, (Online) Marketing, Business Administration, or similar. Curiosity and structured working habits are key.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• A good sense for effective communication and clear language.
• Prior experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), tools like Zapier, Microsoft Excel, or newsletter tools is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner, even when priorities and tasks change rapidly.
• A genuine interest in digital health solutions, cycle health, and/or medical education is highly desirable.
