Country Sales Manager (m/f/d)

About Us

At EndoStream Medical, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the treatment of brain aneurysms. Our mission is to provide safe and effective solutions that significantly improve clinical outcomes for patients suffering from brain aneurysms.

Following a highly successful first commercialization phase and the establishment of our initial European distribution network, we are now building our very first dedicated, direct commercial organization across key European markets.

The Opportunity & Role

We are looking for a pioneering, highly autonomous Country Sales Manager (m/f/d) to initiate and drive our direct-to-hospital commercial operations in Germany. As our first commercial boots on the ground, you will have the rare opportunity to shape and build our German presence from scratch.

This is a lean, fast-paced startup environment. Operating with a high degree of flexibility and independence from your home office, you will spend significant time in the field, traveling to stroke centers and hospitals. This role requires a true hands-on leader with a "get things done" mindset: someone who thrives on finding creative solutions, enjoys navigating market entry barriers, and combines high-level strategy with gritty, ground-level execution. You will report directly to the Head of Europe (based in the DACH region) and will be heavily involved in selecting and hiring your own team of Clinical Sales Specialists as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct-to-Hospital Sales: Own the overall management of the business in Germany, focusing heavily on direct sales to hospitals rather than distributors.
  • Market Entry & Penetration: Identify new business opportunities, secure hospital listings, and drive rapid therapy adoption of the Nautilus™ system.
  • KOL & Physician Engagement: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with leading interventional neuroradiologists, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Team Building & Leadership: Take ownership of hiring, developing, and leading a national team of up to 4 Clinical Sales Specialists across Germany.
  • Commercial Execution: Manage regional sales performance, country-level strategic initiatives, and local commercial budgets.

Requirements

  • Neurovascular Expertise: Strong and relevant commercial experience in the Neurovascular field, with a proven track record in sales and/or commercial leadership.
  • Market Launch Success: Proven experience leading the market introduction, launch, or early-stage commercialization of a new Class III medical device in Germany.
  • Autonomous Execution: Exceptional self-management skills, high self-motivation, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Comfort with a 100% remote/field-based setup and heavy travel (by car and plane).
  • Market Knowledge: Demonstrable examples of successful physician engagement, market development, and navigation of German hospital purchasing processes.
  • Languages: Fully fluent/business-fluent in German (written and spoken) and professionally fluent in English.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package that is fully market-conform, with a willingness to overpay according to actual experience and outstanding competences.
  • An attractive, performance-based bonus model.
  • Mobility package (tailored to travel and local business needs).
  • Comprehensive company and national benefits.
  • The unique opportunity to build a direct commercial footprint for disruptive neurovascular technology.

Preferred Hubs: Frankfurt, Munich (or any location near a major commercial airport)

Work Model: Remote/High Mobility (Direct-to-hospital focus)

Target Start Date: August 2026
