ENERCON, a technology leader in wind energy for 40 years, is seeking a motivated Commercial Employee Training Administration (m/f/d) to join their team. This is a part-time, 24-month fixed-term position with the possibility of extension, supporting the Head of Training in international team expansion and operational/strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Training in expanding an international training team and in operational and strategic planning.
  • Represent the department and maintain interfaces within the ENERCON group.
  • Conduct all necessary planning for training organization, including communication, collaboration, and negotiation with external training providers, and potential process optimization.
  • Training administration within the ETC learning management system.
  • Create evaluations, statistics, templates, guidelines, and work instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in adult education or business administration (BWL), or alternatively, a successfully completed apprenticeship with further training as a certified vocational pedagogue.
  • Several years of experience in the training sector are desirable.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in the use of learning management systems.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as empathy.
  • Structured, organized, reliable, and team-oriented work style.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
