Inhouse SAP Finance S/4HANA Transformation Manager (m/f/d)
About the Role
A global organization in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sector is undergoing a major digital transformation. As part of this strategic shift, the company is redesigning its end-to-end Finance processes with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
They are seeking an experienced SAP Finance professional who thrives on driving change and is eager to take long-term ownership within a modernized systems landscape.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will take a leading position within the Finance workstream of the S/4HANA transformation program. Your key tasks will include:
- Designing future Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, Product Costing, Reporting).
- Conducting fit-gap analyses and supporting migration, testing, cut-over activities, and hypercare.
- Harmonizing data, structures, and process standards across multiple international sites.
- Collaborating closely with IT, Accounting, Controlling, Operations, and local teams.
- Ensuring fulfillment of regulatory, accounting, and management-relevant requirements.
- Acting as Finance Process Owner within the future operating model.
- Further developing the Finance systems landscape (S/4, BW, Power BI).
- Managing Finance processes, data quality, and governance.
- Serving as a business partner to various operational units.
Your Profile
- A completed degree in Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in Finance/Controlling, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience working on ERP or transformation projects.
- High analytical capability and strong process and system affinity.
- Excellent communication skills, a structured working style, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Motivation to actively shape change and take responsibility for long-term systems and process evolution.
