Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant – 100% Remote (Germany)

About Us

100% remote in-house opportunity for an SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant with a global manufacturing organization headquartered in Germany. The company is currently undergoing a major HR transformation and is expanding its HR-IT team.

Tasks

• Lead and manage global SuccessFactors rollouts from blueprint through go-live
• Take ownership of multiple SuccessFactors modules
• Advise on integration scenarios and overall system architecture
• Design global templates, SF architectures and local adaptations
• Run workshops, translate business requirements into functional designs and implement them directly in SuccessFactors
• Work closely with international teams to deliver the global HR-IT strategy

Profile

• Successfully completed a degree in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• At least four years of project experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC) and relevant SF certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of core EC functionalities, including data models, business rules, workflows, role/permission concepts, and overall SuccessFactors architecture.
• Experience with additional SF modules is a plus.
• Excellent German and English skills.
