Tasks

  • Administer and maintain the SAP system landscape, ensuring system stability, availability, and performance.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, patches, transports, system copies, and technical migrations.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot incidents and interface issues.
  • Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations in compliance with security standards.
  • Support SAP projects, rollouts, and international implementations from a technical Basis perspective.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable SAP solutions.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and changes while driving continuous improvement and automation.

Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in SAP Basis in a professional environment
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable
  • Strong written and spoken German and English language skills
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner
  • Team-oriented with experience working cross-functionally and supporting knowledge sharing
