Our company culture is characterized by flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, and respectful collaboration at eye level.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n- Support the development of wind and solar parks from planning to construction\n- Procure necessary data\n- Graphic implementation of project planning based on manufacturer specifications (3D modeling of road and civil engineering works, quantity calculations)\n- Create plan documents for all planning phases (design, approval, and execution)\n- Communication and data exchange with external stakeholders (offices, surveyors)\n\n## Qualifications\n\n- Completed vocational training as a construction draftsman (m/f/d) in the field of earthworks, road construction, or civil engineering\n- Proficient in BricsCAD/AutoCAD, especially in 3D modeling, and MS Office\n- Knowledge of relevant road construction software such as Vestra, etc., is an advantage\n- Ideally, knowledge of a GIS program\n- Experience in creating swept path analyses (desirable)\n- Structured way of working and high quality standards for own work results\n- Team player\n- Flawless command of the German language, both written and spoken\n\n## Benefits\n\n- Work in an interesting environment within a small, dedicated team\n- Flexible and family-friendly working hours, either in the office or from home\n\nDoes this sound like a good fit?
