You will have the opportunity to assume full responsibility for our Italian market as a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)*. Your focus will be on the target audience, identifying user touchpoints, suitable bidding strategies, and optimized tracking. Tasks That Foster Growth
- As a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)*, you will spearhead our performance marketing activities in the Italian market.
- You will be responsible for the conception, management, and optimization of campaigns.
- You will test and iterate on different campaign types and channels to identify the optimal multi-channel mix.
- You will conduct performance analyses of your campaigns and pinpoint new growth opportunities.
- Through keyword research and A/B testing, you will achieve maximum profitability and high conversion rates.
- You will manage budget planning, forecasting, and balance short-term impact with a clear long-term roadmap.
Your Profile That Inspires Us
- You possess extensive professional experience in performance marketing and SEA, ideally within B2C lead generation.
- You are proficient in conversion goals (definition & implementation), offline conversion tracking, bid strategies, and campaign management.
- You have technical expertise in using Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor, Excel, and ideally Tableau.
- Your experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads will be valuable in your daily tasks.
- You have a strong analytical mindset, excel in Excel, and can translate data into actionable insights.
- You possess strong communication skills in Italian and English; German is a plus.
