Your Role

  • You will handle diverse customer inquiries in the Enpal Energy Customer Care team - via email, inbound chat, and telephone.
  • You will correct incorrect electricity bills, working closely with colleagues from Customer Service, Accounting, and Energy Operations.
  • You will support our customers with all questions regarding their electricity bills.
  • You will accompany the collection of open claims and find suitable payment methods together with the customers.
  • You will actively contribute to the optimization of our billing processes and thus help shape the energy future.

Your Qualifications

  • You work in a structured, responsible manner and keep an overview even with multiple tasks.
  • You ideally have initial experience in the energy industry or in invoice processing.
  • You communicate clearly, friendly, and solution-oriented, both in writing and on the phone.
  • You are proficient in MS Office; experience with Wilken is an advantage.
  • You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You ideally have experience in customer service or a comparable position, but we also warmly welcome career changers.
