Project Manager Tech Transfer Consultant (m/f/d) – Pharma
You will take a key role in managing tech transfer projects within the pharmaceutical industry. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure structured execution and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tech transfer projects in collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, process analyses, budgets)
- Act as the main interface between clients and internal teams
- Monitor timelines and resources, initiating corrective actions when needed
- Support client inquiries, proposal preparation, and negotiations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within a CDMO environment
- Proven project management experience, preferably in matrix organizations
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
