Your Role
As a Working Student in Tutorial Creation & Customer Training, you will develop and optimize training materials to help our customers understand how our complex software works. Together with our Customer Success Managers, you will create short "how-to" videos, upload them to Vimeo, and ensure they are available in at least three languages in collaboration with our language department. You will also implement click guides in our documentation to enable intuitive and independent use.
How You Make an Impact
- Develop and improve training materials for our customers, demonstrating how our complex software functions.
- Create short "how-to" videos together with our Customer Success Managers and upload them to Vimeo.
- Ensure that the "how-to" videos are available in 3+ languages, in collaboration with our language department.
- Implement click guides in our documentation.
Your Profile
Perfection is a myth! We are much more interested in the person behind the screen. These criteria are therefore intended more as a guide for you. We are excited to see how your individual skills fit with us.
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Communication Design, Media Management, or a comparable field, OR you have completed training as a media designer or in a related profession.
- Communicating in both German and English is not a challenge for you.
- You manage projects effectively and implement them in a structured manner.
- You are familiar with Camtasia or other video editing software.
- You are proficient in using MS Office programs.
- You are enthusiastic about the energy industry and interested in developing further within an open-minded team.
