At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) Plant Construction to support our team in 48369 Saerbeck, Germany.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Provide technical support to the Sales team during the proposal phase of international biogas plant construction projects
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and contribute to cost calculations and proposal preparation
  • Clarify technical interfaces and coordinate with customers, partners, and internal departments - including on-site meetings
  • Prepare technical contract documents, specifications, and project documentation
  • Develop and optimize plant concepts in line with market and customer-specific requirements
  • Support contract negotiations from a technical perspective through to project completion

Ihr Profil

  • Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a certified technician, or a university degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Strong technical understanding of plant engineering combined with solid business acumen and a sales-oriented mindset
  • Experience in proposal costing, contract review, and technical project evaluation
  • Very good German skills and fluent business-level English, both written and spoken
  • Team-oriented, resilient, and characterized by an organized, structured, and results-driven working style
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; valid Class B driver's license
