We operate under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model: we design and build agentic AI solutions tailored for complex IT environments, operate them to demonstrate measurable value, and then transfer ownership along with the capabilities to run, scale, and evolve these solutions. Our mission goes beyond handover: we ensure that transferred solutions become resilient, scalable, and deeply embedded in enterprise platforms, forming the foundation for AI-native transformation across IT ecosystems.\n\n### Your Role -- Meaningful & Rewarding\n- Lead AI transfer readiness across technology, data, infrastructure, and organization, covering operations, governance, quality, and integration health\n- Create readiness scorecards and gap analyses, owning go/no-go decisions and prioritized remediation plans for solution transfer\n- Align roadmaps and embed agentic capabilities into enterprise platforms, enabling reuse and shared infrastructure at scale\n- Coordinate closely with enterprise architecture to ensure standards compliance and build shared agent infrastructure (e.g. tooling, memory, guardrails, observability)\n- Act as the central connector across product, architecture, engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies\n- Drive and facilitate transfer ceremonies, translating build-phase decisions into transfer implications and surfacing risks early\n- Ensure adoption and long-term value realization through success metrics, monitoring, feedback loops, and reusable playbooks\n\n### Your Profile -- Authentic & Open-minded\n- Several years of experience in technical program management, platform or data & AI engineering, enterprise architecture, or change management\n- Strong ability to orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams\n- Solid understanding of data and AI platform concepts, enterprise integration patterns, and API fundamentals\n- Hands-on experience with data platforms, governance, and foundational requirements for AI/ML systems\n- Familiarity with AI/ML operations, including model serving, monitoring, evaluation, and emerging agent infrastructure patterns\n- Proven track record managing complex dependencies and aligning competing priorities\n- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to lead discussions, drive decisions, and align senior stakeholders\n\n### Our Benefits -- Smart & Useful\n- Hybrid Work: Combine office collaboration with focused work from home.
