Business Solution Architect - Energy Retail (f/m/d)
Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect (f/m/d) with expertise in SAP S/4Hana & RISE implementation methodology. Deep knowledge of the RISE with SAP framework for cloud transitions
- Experience with SAP BTP integrations. Additional experience with Salesforce and Kraken is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of Energy Retail business processes and how to map them to technology solutions
- Experience in integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies connecting SAP and Salesforce
- Relevant certifications in SAP RISE implementation, Salesforce, or solution architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator (f/m/d) across varying organizational maturity; fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Leading the architecture discussion for the Core Platforms (CRM, Billing etc.) to deliver seamless business solutions for the Energy Retail Segment
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical designs
- Working closely with the Enterprise Architecture to develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the Core environments
- Guiding and supporting project teams throughout the design, development, and implementation phases
- Ensuring solutions align with E.ONs business goals, compliance policies, and security standards
- Fostering collaboration between IT and business units to drive digital transformation initiatives
