Your Role as Account Manager (m/f/d)

As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will support our experienced sales team in managing existing customer relationships and gain valuable experience in account management to build your own customer base.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Support: You are the right hand of our Key Account Managers and support them with operational and administrative tasks, such as preparing customer presentations and monitoring ongoing projects.
  • Growth Opportunities: With increasing experience and your personal growth, you will take on more responsibility and gradually advance towards Key Account Management. We will support you in fully realizing your potential and developing yourself professionally and personally.
  • Customer Service: You are the first point of contact for everyday customer inquiries, handle them independently, and coordinate the relevant communication.
  • Project Coordination: You will support the organization of internal processes and ensure that cross-departmental projects run efficiently and smoothly.
  • Interface: As a communicative link between internal departments such as IT, Finance, and Sales, you contribute to ensuring that all parties involved are always up to date.
  • Data Maintenance: You will take over the maintenance of customer data and the creation of regular reports to ensure an overview of important information and KPIs.

Your Profile:

  • Education & Experience: You have completed commercial training and ideally have initial experience in customer service or internal sales. Motivated career changers with a passion for sales and organization are also welcome!
  • Work Style: You work in a customer-oriented, structured, and reliable manner. Your flexibility and resilience help you maintain an overview in dynamic situations.
  • Technical Interest: You are interested in payment processing and are not afraid to familiarize yourself with new technical topics.
  • Software Skills: You are proficient in using MS Office and have a good understanding of commercial processes.
  • Language Skills: With your very good German and English skills, you can communicate confidently and professionally with both customers and international colleagues.
