Key Account Manager as Management Consultant (m/f/d) and Independent Partner / Managing Director (Management Consultancy)

Tasks

Bring in your experience as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d). At ERA Group, you will work with around 1,000 colleagues worldwide and 150 experts in the DACH region. More than 3,500 companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland have already trusted ERA Group.

As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on acquiring and managing new clients. You will work with the managing directors of medium-sized companies at eye level and achieve sustainable competitive advantages for your clients in collaboration with our technical experts.

Profile

• At least 5-10 years of professional experience in sales, key account management, and/or customer management
• Ability to communicate at eye level with managing directors
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to build your own business purposefully and sustainably
• A good personal network in your industry
• Willingness to invest in a license and in building your own business
