Expert Business Process Management / Mitarbeiter Prozessmanagement / Prozessmanager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Further development of the group-wide BPM strategy
• Definition and maintenance of conventions, templates, and standards in process management
• Modeling, recording, and analysis of business processes according to BPMN 2.0 in the BPM tool BIC Process Design
• Support in the digitalization of processes with no-code and low-code technologies
• Conception, organization, and execution of training courses, as well as creation of training materials and e-learning courses in an international environment
• Organization and execution of workshops and process recordings with various specialist departments, as well as coordination with relevant stakeholders
• 1st and 2nd level support for the BPM system, including communication with external service providers and execution of system tests
• Creation of dashboards, reports, presentations, and development of knowledge platforms such as intranet and SharePoint pages

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree program
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the area of process, project, and transformation management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and good English skills
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels
• Independent and responsible work style
