About the Role

As a Polarion specialist, you will be the interface between process development, users, and IT support. Your focus will be on successfully introducing, training, and providing long-term support for the developed Polarion processes in the area of battery system development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of rollouts and training sessions in Polarion (in-person, remote, e-learning)
  • Creation and maintenance of training materials, tutorials, and training concepts directly within the Polarion environment
  • Conducting test runs in Polarion to validate end-to-end processes (Requirements, Tests, Releases, Documentation)
  • Supporting development teams in the operations phase, including KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and adaptation of Polarion workflows
  • Polarion Support: Ticket processing, Q&A, change requests, tool optimization, and performance monitoring
  • Guiding the transition to self-responsibility of the business units

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Practical experience with Polarion or a comparable ALM system (e.g., DOORS, Jama), experience in Requirements Engineering (e.g., Polarion, DOORS, Jama), at least 2 years of Polarion experience are desirable
  • Knowledge in process management, change management, and training
  • High IT affinity and interest in optimizing engineering tools
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
