Strategic Account Manager Europe (SaaS) - Hybrid / on-site / remote

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager Europe with a proven track record in selling to pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers.

In this role, you will drive adoption of our SaaS solution, Shiftconnector®, across Europe. You will own these accounts and help leading Pharma / Life Science companies digitize shopfloor communication, shift handovers and daily operations.

Your tasks

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS customers with a strong focus on expansion, upselling, and long-term account development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across operations, quality, and IT
  • Identify and drive new opportunities within existing accounts (new sites, plants, business units)
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize long-term revenue potential
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to drive adoption and customer value
  • Lead commercial discussions including renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations
  • Support value-based product demonstrations and position our solution in complex manufacturing environments

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales (Account Management / Account Executive)
  • Proven track record in growing existing accounts and driving expansion revenue
  • Experience working with complex B2B customers (enterprise or mid-market)
  • Background in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medtech, manufacturing) is a plus, not a must
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar

Additional experience:

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial software, or life sciences environments
  • Understanding of production, operations, or quality processes
