(Junior) Account Manager / Sales Manager (w/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
After intensive training in our academy, you will build your own customer base through active outreach and cold calling to identify IT projects. You will bring together your clients and the right IT freelancers, together with our recruiting managers. You will convince with your negotiation skills and be responsible for creating contracts with clients and IT freelancers. You will support the IT freelancers you place throughout the entire staffing process and project deployment. Your daily work is characterized by exciting new customer acquisition, client appointments, and accompanying discussions.
Your Qualifications:
You are a sales professional, a graduate, or a career changer (w/m/d) who wants to build a career and take on responsibility. Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree (Business Administration, Trade, or similar). Ideally, initial professional experience in sales, retail, or promotions. You enjoy negotiations and sales talks, as well as the challenge of cold calling. With your communicative skills and open nature, you easily convince clients to collaborate. You are determined and results-oriented in your work. You are capable of working independently, but are also a team player.
