Your Mission

As an Enterprise Account Executive (Sr./Lead/Head of), you play a key role in building and expanding our enterprise sector. You will win strategic partners such as medical care group associations (MVZs), practice networks, and outpatient providers, thereby contributing significantly to ETERNO's growth.

What You Will Work On

• Strategic Lead Generation: Identification and qualification of enterprise target customers (e.g., MVZ groups, practice networks, outpatient providers).
• Sales Responsibility: Independent management of the complete sales cycle – from outreach, discovery, pitch, offer preparation, to contract negotiation and closing.
• Stakeholder Management: Building sustainable relationships with C-level decision-makers, physicians, and IT managers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Close coordination with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop individual solutions for customer needs.
• Market Insights: Actively feeding back market insights into the company to further develop our product and sales strategy.

What You Bring

• Residence in Germany with flexible travel willingness – you can work hybrid or remote + at our locations.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales – ideally in healthcare or regulated markets.
• Confidence in approaching and negotiating with complex customer structures and multiple stakeholders.
• You work data-driven, structured, and goal-oriented – without losing the interpersonal factor.
• You are eager to take on responsibility in an ambitious team and actively shape things.
• Very good German (min. C1) and good English.
