Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

• Consulting and direct collaboration with our clients: Support of clients and preparation of annual financial statements for companies of all legal forms
• Tax and business advisor: First point of contact for your clients in tax and business matters
• Team leadership and motivation: Empathetic and committed leadership of the team to achieve success together
• Process optimization and quality assurance: Optimization of processes and assurance of quality standards
• Client development and acquisition: Support in expanding the client base
• Further development of the firm: You contribute to the further development of our firm

Your Profile:

• Exam: You have successfully passed your tax advisor examination
• Sound knowledge: in accounting according to HGB and tax law, as well as at least 3 years of professional experience
• Software and MS Office Professional: Proficient in using DATEV and MS Office client software systems
• Digitalization Enthusiast: Interest in shaping digital tax consulting and enjoyment of optimizing workflows
• Work approach: Service-oriented, pragmatic, entrepreneurial thinking, and meticulousness - this perfectly describes your work approach
