About the Role
Your Responsibilities
- 80-100% of your activity is dedicated to nursing home accounting for outpatient care services -- classic financial accounting in a systemically relevant, but relaxed industry without VAT deadlines on the 10th!
- You are the direct contact person for nursing services and support them in setting up digital, structured preparatory accounting.
- Your daily routine consists of classic financial accounting (account assignment, booking, reconciliation of open items, interim accrual work), creation and explanation of practice-oriented analyses, reports, and regular, partner-oriented client consulting.
- Consulting involves a holistic view: From business key figures and liquidity to the development of efficient processes in the care sector, you are a sparring partner for your clients.
- You have close, personal contact with "your" nursing services, accompany them in all accounting matters, and actively contribute to making processes leaner, more digital, and more sustainable.
- No VAT pre-declarations required by the 10th: The focus is clearly on analyzing large data volumes and individually tailored service rather than deadline pressure.
What You Bring
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in financial accounting (bonus: experience with outpatient care services or in the care industry -- nice to have, but not a must!).
- Confident use of digital tools, enthusiasm for automation, and enjoyment in identifying sources of error and helping to shape processes.
- Logical thinking skills, affinity for numbers, and understanding of business contexts.
- Team spirit and enjoyment of exchange with clients.
- Open-mindedness, strong communication skills, and self-responsibility.
- You don't need prior experience with specific industry software -- we will train you comprehensively and individually.
