What awaits you?
- You will help our customers quickly, empathetically, and solution-oriented via phone, email, and platform -- whenever others can't find a solution, thus building trust.
- You will get to the bottom of technical and professional inquiries, analyze the causes, and develop targeted solutions.
- You will build sustainable relationships with our partner firms and maintain regular contact -- reliably and understandably.
- You will collect customer feedback, identify patterns, and actively contribute improvement suggestions to the further development of our software.
- You will create helpful guides, maintain our FAQ database, and actively participate in designing training sessions and informational materials.
- You will take responsibility and visit partner firms in person when necessary -- for training, workshops, or to clarify individual concerns.
What you should bring
- You have completed vocational training as a tax assistant, a completed commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification in the field of assistance, secretarial work, or office organization.
- You have knowledge of financial accounting, annual financial statements, and tax law, which is advantageous.
- You enjoy clear, structured communication and independent work.
- You have a good sense of priorities -- even in stressful phases.
- You are willing to travel occasionally to our customers on-site.

- Office or mobile? For most positions, you can decide where you want to work. Up to 20 days in EU countries are also possible.
