To strengthen our team at Eurofins NDSC Umweltanalytik GmbH, we are looking for you as a Digital Platform Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date, in part-time or full-time (min. 30 hours/week) and with an unlimited permanent contract in home office.
Job Description
- As a Digital Platform Manager (m/f/d), you ensure that digital solutions are created precisely based on customer and market requirements and offer real added value.
- You translate requirements from the market, sales, and customer service into clear system requirements and prioritize them together with the specialist departments.
- Together with sales, marketing, and our laboratory sites, you develop market-oriented solutions, prepare go-to-market measures, and support their introduction to our customers.
- You manage the further development of our platforms along the business objectives, develop use cases and business cases, and keep an eye on benefits, effort, and impact.
- You are the central point of contact for digital solutions, support the specialist departments in using the systems, and accompany the technical implementation of requirements in close cooperation with internal and external IT.
- For smooth operation, you monitor the functionality of the systems, test new functions in pre-production environments, document the results, and release changes for productive operation.
- Together with process owners, you define standardized procedures and support their introduction in the specialist departments.
- By analyzing existing digital solutions, internal needs, and market offerings, you identify optimization potential.
- Ultimately, this is not an IT development or admin position, but a strategic interface function with a strong market and customer focus.
Qualifications
- You have a degree in IT, natural sciences, or business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- You also have experience in an interface function between technical and operational areas.
- You have a very good understanding of digital applications, processes, and their dependencies.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, as well as a strong solution orientation, are among your strengths.
- You naturally possess communication skills, persuasiveness, and a confident demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office is part of your daily work.
- You bring flexibility and the willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
