About the Role
To strengthen its sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager France - Sustainable Plant Resources (m/f/d), Germany (Full remote).
Responsibilities
- Develop and retain the French market to drive sales and growth.
- Follow up on an existing client portfolio, maintain trusting relationships, and identify new opportunities.
- Actively prospect for new clients to expand the commercial portfolio in different industrial sectors.
- Lead the commercial strategy to boost sales and enhance company value.
- Actively promote the product range to clients and prospects.
- Manage administrative tasks and reporting: data entry, order tracking, complaint processing, follow-ups, and travel organization.
- Regularly visit clients and participate in trade shows in Europe.
Qualifications
- Commercial background or a degree in business management, economics, or an equivalent field.
- Several years of successful B2B sales experience in a similar sector.
Required Skills
- Excellent negotiator, customer-oriented, capable of developing strong and lasting relationships.
- Good knowledge of German and/or English.
- Excellent communication skills, practical mindset, autonomy, and initiative.
- Availability for regular travel (approx. 25%) in France and internationally.
- Enjoys teamwork and collaborates effectively with colleagues.
