Your Responsibilities

You will combine consulting, leadership, and product expertise in a high-quality environment.

• Develop individual travel projects for premium customers and accompany them from the initial idea to their return, via phone, video, and on-site at the travel agency, in collaboration with international expert teams.
• Actively contribute to the further development and improvement of the risk portfolio.
• No prospecting, no cross-selling or upselling, no sales targets, no catalog sales.

Your Strengths

• Your background: Initial professional experience in relevant industries (tourism, event management, hospitality, sales, customer service...), relevant travel and international experience.
• Your language skills: German min. C1-C2, English business fluent, French of great advantage.
• Your work style: Service-oriented, independent.
• High emotional intelligence and enjoyment of customer and team contact.

• Permanent full-time contract, 30 days of vacation.
