As a Specialist Trainer (f/m/d) for our "Travel, Health, IT & Cyber" division, you will design modern learning offerings that truly advance our teams. With your expertise, you will support the development of the next generation of our customer advisors, thereby making a significant contribution to ensuring our employees worldwide can provide first-class customer support.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Identifying internal, technical training needs for new hires as well as for refresher and further training programs
  • Conceiving, adapting, and creating training programs and learning materials in close collaboration with specialist departments and key accounts
  • Organizing and conducting in-person training, virtual sessions, and online learning formats
  • Planning, conducting, and documenting coaching measures (e.g., call monitoring, side-by-side coaching, shadowing)
  • Close coordination with external and internal stakeholders such as specialist departments

What You Bring:

  • A degree or equivalent ability and expertise, demonstrated through relevant professional experience as a trainer or coach
  • Strong methodological and didactic skills and experience in conducting in-person and online training
  • High self-organization, good time management, and the ability to structure training concepts systematically
  • Motivation, empathy, and enjoyment in guiding individuals with varying levels of competence
  • Very good German skills and good English skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Willingness for occasional travel (2-3 times per year)

The salary range for this position in full-time (40 hours per week), depending on professional experience and qualifications, is between €55,000 and €65,000 per year.
