Become part of our innovative team and help us shape the further growth of waipu.tv! To strengthen our team in Munich, we are looking for a CRM Manager Mobile & Lifecycle Marketing (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Planning, conception, and implementation of cross-channel CRM campaigns (push, in-app, web, TV apps) along the customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation.
  • Development of data-driven marketing campaigns with a high degree of automation and personalization.
  • Operation and further development of Lifecycle Marketing with a focus on Mobile (smartphone, tablet, app, push/in-app).
  • Support and further development of our CRM platform Emarsys: segmentation, automation, data, and campaign logic.
  • Analysis of campaign performance, identification of optimization potential, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Technical support in configuring automation workflows, interfaces to data sources, and monitoring data quality.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics to create personalized customer experiences.
  • Contributing creative ideas for mobile engagement strategies (e.g., interactive push campaigns, app lifecycle journeys).

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree (Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, Media Management) with a focus on digital media / online marketing / sales or a comparable degree program.
  • Initial to several years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing – ideally in the app environment.
  • Interest in data-driven marketing, automation, and personalization.
  • Analytical and structured thinking skills.
  • Creativity, strong communication skills, and initiative.
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel.
