Technical Project Manager -- Aerospace / Tooling (m/w/d)
📍 Hamburg - Based on-site 4 days per week
As part of our growth in Germany, eXcent is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Hamburg team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, clear progression, and the chance to grow alongside a fast-expanding global engineering group.
You'll be the key technical and commercial link for customers, managing projects end-to-end across design, development, production, and delivery in Aerospace and/or Tooling environments.
What you'll do:
- Lead technical projects from concept to commissioning
- Translate customer requirements into smart technical solutions
- Coordinate design, suppliers, and production using CAD and strong project controls
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive continuous improvement
What you bring:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in Aerospace and/or Tooling
- 2+ years in mechanical design or tooling project coordination
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable working with customers and suppliers
