Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the setup and maintenance of virtualized workplace systems and their environment
• Continuously monitor the performance of IT systems and perform regular maintenance
• Analyze and resolve technical disruptions efficiently and sustainably
• Support users with technical questions and concerns
• Implement security specifications and compliance guidelines in the IT infrastructure
• Plan and execute system updates and patch management
• Document system configurations and changes precisely to improve team communication
• Work closely with internal departments and external service providers
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects for process optimization

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or comparable IT knowledge
• Initial experience with virtualized workplace environments and their administration
• Basic knowledge of IT security concepts and software distribution
• Analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Motivation for teamwork as well as independent working style
• Organizational skills and structured approach
• Willingness to continuously develop and learn new things
