Your Responsibilities

• Support and optimize existing IT infrastructures, including virtualization and network environments
• Ensure the availability and security of systems through regular maintenance and monitoring
• Support the implementation and maintenance of access and authorization concepts
• Actively participate in the integration of new technologies and applications
• Assist in clarifying and resolving user questions regarding IT systems
• Coordinate collaboration with external service providers and internal departments
• Create documentation and reports on system performance and process improvement

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT or comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience with client-server architectures and virtualized environments
• Basic understanding of network technologies such as routing, firewall, and remote access
• Knowledge of operating systems, ideally in the area of Windows Server and modern client systems
• Interest in security topics such as virus protection and data backup
• Enjoyment of support and collaboration with users
• Independent and structured way of working combined with team spirit
