Head of Product (f/m/x)

Your mission

As Head of Product, your mission is to define and execute a winning product strategy that positions exmox as a market leader across its brands and platforms. You will lead and scale high-performing Product & Live Operations teams, shaping a multidisciplinary organization that combines Product Management with Live Ops, Monetization, and Economy expertise. Working closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, and Marketing, you will drive measurable business impact through data-driven decisions while balancing commercial objectives with technical excellence and outstanding user experience. Reporting directly to the CPO, this role plays a critical part in shaping the future growth and success of the company.

In this role you will focus on:

Product Leadership & Strategy

• Define and continuously refine the product vision, mission, and long-term roadmap.
• Translate company goals into a clear, executable product strategy.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, data insights, and market dynamics.

Team Leadership & Organization

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and future Live Ops roles.
• Establish strong product culture with ownership, accountability, and outcome focus.
• Recruit and onboard top talent as the team scales.

Execution & Delivery

• Own and improve agile product development processes.
• Work closely with Engineering leadership to ensure technical excellence, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure fast yet sustainable execution in a highly competitive environment.

Live Operations, Monetization & Economies

• Build and scale Live Operations capabilities.
• Drive monetization strategies and optimize complex product economies to maximize revenue and profit margin.

Your profile

• 7 years of experience in a highly agile scale-up environment.
• 2 years of leadership experience managing Product teams.
• Strong background in the F2P gaming industry and/or online advertising.
• Proven experience with complex product economies and monetization systems.
• Deep understanding of data analytics and experimentation.
• Exceptional communication skills: with teams, stakeholders, executives, investors, and B2B partners.
• High resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, focus on high-impact initiatives, and align teams around clear objectives.
• Experience in creating and maintaining team focus in dynamic environments, ensuring clarity on what matters most for business and product success.
