Technical Sales Manager
Join a pioneering company at the forefront of the fluid management industry, specializing in manufacturing valves, fittings, hoses, and other kinds of fluid management products. They offer their products and services mostly to the semiconductor market in Germany. Our Client is dedicated to providing advanced components and exceptional services, emphasizing quality and sustainability in every project.
We are looking for a Sales Manager with technical sales experience.
This role focuses on business development as well as dealing with existing clients. You'll work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to significant industry advancements while enjoying a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Territory: Eastern Germany
Responsibilities
- Manage all sales and customer support for clients in the semiconductor industry
- Build repeat business by staying in regular contact with existing and past customers and understanding their current and future needs
- Find and develop new sales leads through research and targeted outreach
- Analyze customer needs and costs to offer solutions that truly fit
- Achieve agreed sales targets together with the Sales Manager
- Keep all sales activities and updates accurate in the CRM system
- Visit new and existing customers regularly (3 days at clients, 2 days for admin and prospecting from home office)
- Manage time well, focusing on activities that grow pipeline and revenue
- Own the full sales process from quotation to deal closure
Requirements
- Higher Technical degree (BSc/MSc) preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in selling any industrial products in Germany
- Relevant hunter sales experience with a focus on new business development
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and drive business growth
- Fluent in English and German
Selling industrial components to the semiconductor market is a huge advantage.
