In a positive, performance-oriented work environment, we create solutions that drive technological developments and enable sustainable progress.\n\nTogether with our customers, we work to make energy usable more efficiently and to set new standards in high-current technology.\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n* You develop, calculate, and simulate transformers, chokes, load resistors, and power electronics components, taking into account electrical engineering and design requirements.\n* You act as an interface between sales, design, production, and customers: project coordination, technical consulting, and service measurements on-site.\n* You create concepts in 3D systems (Creo), optimize manufacturing processes, and manufacturing documentation.\n* You use analysis tools for calculations, FEM simulations, and prototype tests – including the practical implementation of new solutions.\n* You provide expert support in production and promote the further development of our calculation bases.\n\n### Profile\n\n* You have completed a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Electronics; Mechatronics or similar is welcome.\n* Practical experience in electrical machine or transformer construction is an advantage.\n* Ideally, you already have experience in handling tools such as Mathcad, Matlab/Simulink, FEM tools, and simulation software; programming skills (e.g., Python, C) are a plus.\n* Your manual dexterity and creativity for the cost-effective integration of electrical and mechanical requirements round off your profile.\n* You excel with strong communication skills, team spirit, analytical thinking, and good German and English language skills.\n\n### We Offer\n\n* A diverse field of activity with room for creativity, inventiveness, and direct product impact.\n* Modern working conditions:\n * Flexible hours\n * Home office option (1-2 days per week)\n * Continuous training\n* An attractive remuneration package including company benefits\n* Stability of an established company combined with start-up agility in a positive, challenging climate\n\nCRJT1_DE\nStepStone\nEUR\nHybrid
