Stellenbeschreibung

Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to join our Team, based in Berlin, Germany. As E-Commerce Manager you are responsible for overseeing and driving our online revenue growth by optimizing the sales channel, improving customer journeys, and executing data-driven strategies. This role works closely with other teams to scale and deliver seamless end-to-end e-commerce experience.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations on site, such as merchandise, inventory management, pricing, product listings, and promotions.
• Oversee and own product launches in collaboration with the buying team
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for sales performance and customer behavior, including website traffic, CVR, CTR, and others.
• Implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion behavior.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, buying, and logistics team to deliver high-impact solutions and ensure smooth processes.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail

Ihr Profil

• 5 years of experience as an E-Commerce manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sale strategies
• Experience with web analytics tools and knowledge of marketing channels and platforms
• Excellent analytical skills, strategical thinking, and data-driven decision making
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimizations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards action
