Your Role

To support our E-Commerce team at the Lichterfelde location, we are looking for you to join us immediately, full-time, for a fixed term of two years with the option of permanent employment, as a

Junior E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) -- Berlin

Responsibilities

With your support, our online marketplace activities will run smoothly. You will learn on the job, quickly take on responsibility, and handle tasks such as:

  • Operational management and support of our marketplace shops -- especially Amazon, OTTO, and Kaufland
  • Creation, maintenance, and optimization of product listings (titles, bullet points, images, A+ Content)
  • Management of external service providers and agencies (e.g., technical interfaces, content agencies)
  • Analysis of relevant marketplace KPIs, reporting, and derivation of optimization measures
  • Support in price and assortment management as well as campaign and promotion planning
  • Ensuring compliance with marketplace-specific guidelines and quality standards
  • Contributing and implementing your own ideas to improve the customer journey

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in business, e-commerce, marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial relevant experience in e-commerce -- ideally with a focus on marketplaces (Amazon, OTTO, Kaufland)
  • Confident use of product and content management systems
  • Interest and understanding of e-commerce KPIs as well as experience with analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Technical understanding, enjoyment of new tools and digital processes
  • Structured, independent way of working and team spirit
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with landing pages are a plus
