We are currently supporting a medium-sized company in the education sector and are looking for a number-savvy personality with analytical foresight and a strong sense of quality for a permanent full-time/part-time position as Controller (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and reporting of company data and will be in direct contact with management.

Responsibilities

• You will create well-founded analyses of economic development and derive recommendations for action from them. • You will prepare decision-making bases for management and develop meaningful controlling instruments. • You will continuously optimize existing reporting structures and processes. • You will be responsible for regular reports and ad-hoc analyses of the financial situation. • You will be in close contact with accounting and operational controlling. • You will contribute your own ideas to the further development of the controlling system.

Profile

• You have completed a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification. • You have several years of experience in controlling and are proficient in handling key figures. • You are proficient in Excel, especially functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. • You ideally have knowledge of SAP, preferably in the S/4HANA environment. • You convince with analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured way of working.
