About Famedly
Since its founding in 2019, Famedly has been committed to digitizing medical communication processes in compliance with data protection regulations and thus revolutionizing the healthcare system. Famedly has launched the first gematik-certified TI messenger on the market to improve communication and collaboration within the healthcare sector. This allows medical teams to exchange sensitive (patient) information, images, and other files in real-time and from anywhere - from medication plans to lab values. Your Role: Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/d)
As part of our motivated team, you will actively build your own customer base as an Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/d) and act as the interface to various stakeholders. You will work closely with Marketing and Customer Success, actively shape sales processes, and have the best chances for a steep career.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify new customers (hospitals and larger healthcare facilities) and actively generate outbound leads through polite cold calling.
- Support the development of sales pitches and offers.
- Independently acquire enterprise customers in the DACH region.
- Advise new customers on possible applications for our digital health messenger and conduct demo appointments.
- Visit potential customers on-site if necessary.
- Manage tender processes, possibly in collaboration with cooperation partners, and be responsible for the organization, creation, and evaluation of offers as well as contract negotiations.
- Manage our sales partnerships and maintain and develop our network of customers and partners.
What You Should Bring:
- Several years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in the SaaS or HealthTech environment.
- Proven success in closing complex deals with enterprise customers.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convince others.
- Conscientious and responsible work ethic, especially when handling sensitive customer data and internal information.
- Technical understanding, independent and organized way of working, solution-oriented mindset, and a can-do mentality.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Residence in Germany or a neighboring country and willingness to attend on-site customer appointments as needed.
- A completed degree or apprenticeship in business administration or health economics is an advantage. We are also happy to get to know you if you are a career changer with sales experience and know the healthcare system from your own professional experience.
