Your Workplace
The Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm (Ohm) and the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) are leading pilot universities for the introduction of the Bavarian Digital Personnel File (DiPa Bayern). As part of this project, two project managers (m/f/d) are sought, full-time or part-time, to oversee the local introduction of DiPa Bayern and coordinate the introduction at four other pilot universities in Bavaria. The duty station for project coordination at Ohm is Nuremberg, and Erlangen for FAU.
Your Tasks
- Responsible overall coordination of the project for the introduction of the Digital Personnel File as a pilot university within the Bavarian university landscape, including planning, steering, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and successful completion of the project.
- Support, technical advice, and university-wide coordination for the introduction of the Digital Personnel File at Bavarian universities.
- Technical leadership of a cross-departmental project team.
- Development of university-wide digital workflows, process optimization, and creation of concepts for digital personnel files, including authorization and access concepts.
- Development of a scanning concept for old files, supervision of the scanning process, and ensuring completeness, quality, and audit security.
Your Profile
- Completed scientific university studies (Master/Diploma [Univ.]) with a focus on digitalization, personnel, or administrative sciences, or a comparable professional qualification with comparable professional experience.
- Experience in project management and lateral leadership in larger inter-organizational projects.
- Knowledge of digital file management systems, document management, and electronic workflows is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of process development and modeling, preferably in the personnel area.
- Knowledge of the legal framework for the digitalization of personnel files, data protection, and information security is desirable.
- High IT affinity.
- Excellent German language skills (min. C2 level) and good English language skills (min. B1 level).
- Analytical and structured way of working.
- Teamwork, initiative, self-management, and sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication and moderation skills for internal coordination and coordination with external partners.
