Your Mission

As a Technical Planner (m/f/d) for Electrical Engineering & Agri-PV, you will shape the technical foundation of our Agri-PV projects. You will ensure that photovoltaic systems are optimally integrated into agricultural land – efficiently, in compliance with standards, and in practice. With your planning, you create the balance between maximum energy yield, agricultural usability, and technical feasibility, thus laying the foundation for a scalable energy transition in rural areas.

Your Tasks

• As a Technical Planner (m/f/d), you will take over the design of photovoltaic systems for agricultural land, taking into account technical and agricultural requirements.
• The definition of low and medium voltage lines falls within your area of responsibility.
• With a view to efficiency, you will optimize the systems for high energy and agricultural yields.
• You will strategically apply your technical expertise in the creation of building applications and system certifications.
• You will evaluate relevant technical regulations and develop internal guidelines for the planning and safe operation of photovoltaic systems from them.

Your Profile

• A vocational training or a degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in the planning or construction of high-voltage systems and/or decentralized generation systems required
• Good user knowledge of PVsyst or comparable software, as well as a basic spatial and technical understanding
• Knowledge of standards VDE-AR-N 4105 ("Low Voltage Directive") is necessary, VDE-AR-N 4110 ("Medium Voltage Directive") and VDE 0126-23-1 (Documentation and Testing) are a plus
• Experience in dealing with medium voltage and/or in the design, construction, and commissioning of photovoltaic systems is an advantage
• High problem-solving skills as well as a strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• Independent, structured, and comprehensible way of working
• Native-level German language skills in speaking and writing are essential

This full-time position can be filled 100% remotely, but is preferably located in the Munich area.
