In our headquarters in Gummersbach, we shape the internal service and consulting offering for all processes of the FERCHAU corporate group, and for this, we are looking for you as part of our internal team. We realize exciting projects for renowned customers in all technology areas and for all industries. Our Bid Management department is responsible for the central control, professionalization, and scaling of the entire tendering process at FERCHAU. The goal is to increase efficiency, ensure consistently high bid quality, and raise the win rate through clear processes, central control, and Salesforce-supported data and reference availability.

Aufgaben

These challenges you will take on:

  • Strategic leadership of the central Bid Management department
  • Definition, further development, and assurance of standard processes, as well as template management and ongoing optimization of our tools and processes
  • Integration and control of a systemic reference process and execution in Salesforce
  • Project tracking, reporting, and management transparency for all tenders using KPI tracking
  • Quality assurance and lessons learned management
  • Communication with management and regular reporting in relevant committees
  • Interface function to sales, marketing, and IT departments
  • Assurance of process compliance and escalation management
  • Support of tenders (organization of kick-offs, deadline management, bidder communication, reference preparation, proof and certificate management, supplier self-disclosures, bid submission, and participation in bidder discussions)
  • Prospective expansion of the central Bid Management department

Profil

Convince us with your qualifications:

  • Completed business administration degree and several years of experience in Bid Management, ideally in a centrally controlled, matrix-organized environment
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and document management
  • Experience in developing and implementing standard processes and templates
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and high communication competence
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage interdisciplinary teams
  • Confident use of KPIs and reporting tools
  • High initiative, organizational skills, and quality awareness
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
