About The Role
We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our innovative team at KIND. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based microservices architecture within Azure. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing the latest technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Message Queues, and CosmosDB. Your contributions will help shape the foundation for our KINDcloud platform, enabling the development of future applications and services that improve the customer experience. The role offers flexibility in choosing the project teams you support, allowing you to align your expertise with the most suitable and exciting initiatives. Working within an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams following Scrum and Kanban methodologies, ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in agile software development, with a degree in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik or a comparable qualification. You should have practical experience in backend development, demonstrating strong analytical skills and methodological expertise. A passion for innovation and a keen interest in current technological trends are essential. Excellent communication skills in German at a minimum of C1 level are required to effectively collaborate within our team and communicate with stakeholders. Additionally, you should be enthusiastic about continuous learning and personal growth, contributing proactively to team objectives and project success.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices architecture in Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Utilize modern technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Message Queues, and CosmosDB to implement robust backend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure code quality through regular reviews, testing, and documentation, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Support the integration of backend services with frontend applications and other system components.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our cloud infrastructure, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote a collaborative learning environment.
