About The Role
As a Developer at Senacor Technologies AG, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and integrating sophisticated enterprise applications tailored to client needs. You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable software using a modern technology stack, including Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Node.js, Swift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Flutter. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine passion for software development and a solid foundation in programming, ideally gained through academic studies or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in (agile) software development methodologies, with hands-on experience in Java, JEE, or JavaScript, is essential. Familiarity with automated testing, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and modern software architecture, including microservices and distributed systems, is highly valued. Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is also important. Strong communication skills in German, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive attitude towards driving technological change are key qualities for this position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your team to design, develop, test, and document complex, performance-critical software solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Create scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code using a variety of programming languages and frameworks, selecting the most suitable tools for each project.
- Participate actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and delivery.
- Engage in innovative initiatives such as Innovation Labs and Techie Communities to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Assist in integrating new software components into existing systems, ensuring seamless performance and security.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and system architecture diagrams for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Support client communication and technical presentations, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language.
