About The Role
We are seeking a Personalreferent / HR Generalist (m/w/d) to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. In this role, you will be a vital part of our Human Resources department, responsible for managing and supporting the entire employee lifecycle within your designated area. You will serve as a primary contact for both employees and leadership, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring smooth communication, and fostering a positive work environment. Your role will involve overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and handling administrative HR tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and compliance with employment laws, all while collaborating closely with your colleagues to support the company's strategic HR goals.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or related fields, ideally supplemented by further education in HR management
- Professional experience as a HR Generalist, Personalreferent, HR Business Partner, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment law, social security regulations, and HR processes
- Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and a trustworthy demeanor
- Structured work approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
Responsibilities
- Manage and support employees throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Serve as a point of contact for managers and staff on HR policies, employment law, and personnel issues
- Coordinate the entire recruiting process, including job postings, applicant management, and onboarding procedures
- Draft and process employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and references
- Maintain digital personnel files and handle administrative HR tasks efficiently
- Assist with payroll administration and ensure accurate salary processing
- Address employment law questions and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and process optimizations
- Support HR projects, contribute to the development of HR strategies, and promote continuous improvement
- Communicate with external agencies, health insurance providers, and other service providers as needed
