About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified HR Generalist (m/w/d) with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our client's dynamic team in Munich. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation within HR processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's HR digitalization initiatives, including process automation, digital record-keeping, and the implementation of AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle across multiple regions, including Germany, Italy, and Spain, ensuring seamless HR operations and compliance. This role offers the chance to work in an innovative environment, utilizing cutting-edge HR technology and contributing to strategic projects involving AI applications such as chatbots, self-service portals, and automated document workflows. The position is initially project-based for six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months, providing stability and opportunities for growth within a forward-thinking organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant educational background, such as an apprenticeship or university degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in operational HR activities is essential, along with strong familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday or comparable platforms. A keen interest in HR technology, digital processes, and AI applications is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to work, especially when handling sensitive personnel data. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Strong service orientation, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are also important qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the digitization of HR processes, including automation, digital file management, and workflows based on documents.
  • Participate in pilot projects for AI integration within HR, such as deploying chatbots, self-service solutions, and automated documentation processes.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle for staff in the DACH region, Italy, and Spain, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Manage all personnel administration tasks independently, including contract management, issuing certificates, references, and handling amendments.
  • Maintain and ensure the quality of master data, absence records, and organizational structures within the HR system Workday.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the proper handling of digital and physical personnel documents.
